A deep dive, exploring every corner of your world to identify areas you’d like to improve and level-up. We’ll unpack why they are lacking and how we can move the needle forward across all areas with some simple actionable steps.
Week 2 - Rediscovering your Identity
Clarity around your authentic code, aligning of your values and exploring concepts like ‘show off shame’. We unmask the most true version of you, so you can strut through life more effortlessly, and uniquely shine!
Week 3 - Habit Overhaul
Time to break limiting patterns and behaviours, and develop new empowering habits and routines that will supercharge your life. I will provide you with my favourite tools, techniques and strategies for sustainable habits to bring out your best you!
Week 4 - Purpose
Purpose is such a loaded and overwhelming word for some people. The pressure to firstly know what it is, and secondly to be living it. In this chapter we will flesh out what Purpose actually means, then work through many different prompts and exercises to discover what yours may be. The final step, how can you start living your Purpose?
Week 5 - Goals and Manifestation
Now that we have more clarity on who we are as a person and the true direction we want to be heading, we can get super clear on our short and long term goals. Once we’ve worked through that process, we will create roadmaps to get you there; breaking each goal down into tiny actionable steps. And finally, we will work on the mindset to support you on this journey and manifest the life you deserve!
